Tooth Brushing

  • Brush morning and night for 2 minutes
  • Hold the brush at a 45° angle toward the gums
  • Clean outer, inner, and chewing surfaces
  • Lightly brush your tongue

Interdental Cleaning

  • Use your custom-sized interdental brush (ProxaBrush) daily
  • Gently insert between teeth at the gumline (never force it)
  • Move it in and out 2–3 times
  • Rinse the brush after each use
